ORDER, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY:
Nectar Maya, the purchase is allowed without the need for prior registration. In this type of purchase, you will only be asked for the essential data to process your order.
All product orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time.
You, the users, will automatically receive by email a receipt confirming the purchase intention when placing an order. If all the information we need is not provided, we will not be able to finalize your order. Order cancellations may be generated at any time due to non-payment, card decline, suspected fraud, incorrect item price, among other reasons. In the event that the price of an item is not well marked, Nectar Maya reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at said price.
There will be no contract between the user and Nectar Maya in relation to any product until the order has been expressly accepted by Nectar Maya. If for any reason the order has not yet been accepted and a charge has already been made to your account, the amount will be returned in full. Only those products listed in the shipping confirmation will be the object of the contract.
Once the purchase is authorized, the user will receive an email that will notify you of the guide number so that the order can be tracked. Shipping costs are fixed at $ 120 MXN for any part of the Mexican Republic. Shipments will be made through the most convenient parcel service. We try in all cases that the package is sent no later than a day or two business days after having made the purchase and from there it will be delivered in 2 to 6 business days (depending on the logistics of the parcel).
The articles offered through www.nectarmaya.com are only available for shipment within the Mexican Republic except for those areas where the parcel does not have access.
Due to causes beyond the control of Nectar Maya, it may happen that the delivery of the package is delayed, delays that are not the responsibility of Nectar Maya but of the parcel company and therefore we cannot offer any compensation.
In case of delay, we can gladly help you to speed up the delivery or solve problems with the parcel.
In case of loss of your package, Nectar Maya and the client must complete the claim process with the parcel, a process that can take up to 3 business days to confirm it as lost. Having completed the process, Nectar Maya will send the customer a replacement package. However, Nectar Maya is not responsible for packages lost because the user has entered an incorrect shipping address.
